Family Birth Level II
The St. Francis Level II Nursery accommodates our youngest patients when they arrive in the world needing a little extra support and care. The babies in our Level II are cared for by a team of providers that are staffed through our partnership with Children’s Minnesota.
29% of newborns born at St. Francis in 2022 needed to utilize the services in our Level II Nursery. Instead of needing to transfer these patients away, we were able to care for them close to home.
The remodel highlights include:
- Remodel will create six private spaces, allowing for two spaces to expand and accommodate twins
- Remodel will provide an opportunity for St. Francis to add elements of healing such as: light, earth, water, fire, metal
- St. Francis has seen a 260% growth in Level II Nursery care needs in just one year
- Saints Foundation is raising $500,000 to fund the remodel
- The funds will be raised in 2023 with a goal to begin the remodel in 2024

- Six bays at $25,000 each
- Recognition provided on designated Level II donor wall at St. Francis and in the patient bay
Donor Wall | $1,000
- Donors that contribute a gift of $1,000 or more will be recognized on the Level II donor wall at St. Francis which will be located outside the first floor elevators. These are the main elevators used by patients and visitors
